Our Founder
Father Carlos Miguel Buela was ordained a priest on 7 October 1971.
From the beginning of his priestly ministry, he was ardently committed to youth pastoral work, convinced that the Church deals with young people 'not by strategy, but by vocation'.
For them he wrote 'Youth in the Third Millennium' (Jovenes hacia el Tercer Milenio). He is also the author of 'Catecismo de los Jóvenes', 'Modernos ataques contra la familia', 'María de Luján, El Misterio de la mujer que espera', 'Fátima. Y el sol bailó', 'Sacerdotes para Siempre', 'Nuestra Misa' and many articles published in various magazines.
He was a tireless preacher and an energetic promoter of the Spiritual Exercises according to the method of St Ignatius of Loyola. He founded three charity houses for handicapped children and orphans, and two middle and high schools.
